Sustainability

Since 2020, Gramitherm customers have helped save 3,140.79 tonnes of CO₂-eq—the equivalent of 523 car trips around the world. Made from underused grass fibres harvested from non-agricultural zones, each Gramitherm® panel captures significant amounts of CO₂ through photosynthesis. The circular economy is at the heart of our model, upcycling unused grass to create high-performance, bio-based insulation.

With an annual production capacity of 200,000 m³, Gramitherm® is certified as a Solar Impulse Efficient Solution and holds the Bio-based Product label from the Walloon Region. The insulation offers A+ indoor air quality with very low VOC emissions, is fully recyclable, and has a lifespan exceeding 50 years.

Applications

Gramitherm® insulation is versatile and suitable for partitions, walls, floors, ceilings, attics, roofs, and acoustic applications in both new construction and renovation projects. The semi-rigid panels are lightweight, easy to cut and install, making them ideal for all types of construction sites.
